Our free health fairs offer blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, diabetes testing, body mass index (BMI) assessments, vision and hearing tests, and cardiovascular health evaluations. We partner with local healthcare providers to ensure community members have access to preventive care services that can detect potential health issues early and connect people with follow-up medical resources.
